PRO VERSION CRASHES

I’ve always loved using 8 tracks and when i found out I could have ther app on my laptop too i had to have it. Then i found out i needed the pro version to have full access. Considering how much i love 8 tracks i didnt even think twice about buying the pro version. BUT now everytime i open the app it crashes immediatetly.

PLEASE fix this problem. im not a paying loyal customer for no reason...
