Does not work well

Initially I gave this app 3 stars, but with the latest version I’m bumping it down to 1. It simply does not work. I subscribed for the paid plan, but the app does not recognize my account. I tried logging out and in again, but can no longer enter my username and password as the app does not retain focus in the textfields.

It feels as though the developers made zero effort in testing their product, which makes me feel like this is an afterthought not a serious aim at providing a good expirience on the desktop.

If they fix stability issues I’d be happy bumping the rating.
